By accessing or using AuroraVolt Cards ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Pricing data is informational only and does not constitute financial or investment advice. Market prices fluctuate; AuroraVolt makes no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
We use Supabase for authentication. You may sign in via email magic link or Google OAuth. You agree not to share your account with others.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's services agreement. AuroraVolt does not store your payment card information.

All original content on AuroraVolt (UI, code, copy, data models) is owned by AuroraVolt Cards. Price data is derived from third-party APIs and is subject to those providers' terms.
Pokémon is a trademark of Nintendo, Game Freak, and Creatures Inc. AuroraVolt is an independent tool not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokémon Company.
Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT PRICING DATA IS ACCURATE OR CURRENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AURORAVOLT CARDS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO TRADING LOSSES BASED ON PRICING DATA PROVIDED.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, you will lose access to the Service. You may export your data at any time before termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
