How EV is calculated. Each set's singles are grouped into rarity tiers; a pack's expected value is the sum of each tier's in-set mean price times its expected count per pack
(commons 4.0, uncommons 3.0, reverse 1.0, rare 0.62, double-rare 0.22, ultra 0.12, illustration 0.055, special-illustration 0.035, hyper 0.02). Box = 36 packs, ETB = 9 packs.
